We work closely with couples and planners to ensure every musical detail is thoughtfully planned, from repertoire and instrumentation to timing and logistics, so the music feels effortless and the day unfolds seamlessly.

For those looking for exceptional live music in Memphis, Diamond Strings brings together some of the city’s most accomplished professional musicians under one name.

Meet the Founder

Venezuelan-American violinist Yennifer Correia is the founder of Diamond Strings and a member of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. A classically trained musician with an international performance career, Yennifer has appeared on some of the world’s most celebrated stages, including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center, and has performed across three continents.

Her career has taken her far beyond the concert hall. She has shared the stage with artists including John Legend, Sheryl Crow, Willie Nelson, The Who, and Peter Gabriel, and was featured alongside John Legend in NBC’s nationally televised Christmas at Graceland. Her work also extends to recording, with credits spanning film scores, video games, and private productions, including the soundtrack for Song Sung Blue.

With a Bachelor of Music from the University of North Texas, a Master’s degree from Rice University, and an Artist Diploma from the University of Memphis, Yennifer brings a depth of training and professional experience rarely found in the wedding and event industry.

Diamond Strings was created from that foundation: a way to bring the artistry, refinement, and professionalism of the concert stage into life’s most meaningful celebrations. Every performance is approached with the same attention to detail, musicality, and excellence that define her career as a professional violinist.

Based in Memphis, Yennifer continues to perform with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra while leading Diamond Strings and its team of accomplished professional musicians.
